About David J Hebel
David J Hebel – Bio – 2019 Sept 18
The best part about real estate is working with clients that are so grateful for the help and guidance I have to offer. Being part of peoples’ live during this time is truly exciting; I enjoy sitting at the table with my new friends as they sign their closing documents and obtain the keys to their new home. I ensure that my clients are well taken care of, well represented and informed, especially those clients that are new to the home buying process. Trust is number one with me, and behaving in an ethical manner is key. My job is to protect my clients while making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lifetime.
I moved to Richmond when I was fourteen years old, having grown up in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (outside the Milwaukee area). I graduated from Douglas Freeman High and from the University of Richmond. I’ve lived in various areas of our city starting in the west end of Henrico, then Lakeside and Glen Allen, and now in the Rocketts Landing area on the James River. I thoroughly enjoy living in a community with an urban feel. I have been married to my wife, Susan, for thirty-one years, and have a daughter, Katelyn, that has a serving heart and her parents are very proud of the successful woman she has become.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching sports, attending cultural events and I am an avid rail fan. I regularly volunteer with Henrico and Richmond Police Departments and enjoy serving the officers that serve us, assisting with disabled vehicles and directing traffic as needed. People that serve the community, like police, firefighters, 911 dispatchers, and all first-responders have a special place in my heart, as does anyone that serves our community.
I look forward to meeting you and assisting you through your home selling or buying experience.
